Ideal for visible repair areas such as tile edges, window sills, patios, garden surfaces, planters, birdbaths, sheds and decorative materials where a clear coating is preferred.
- SEALS SMALL CRACKS, SEAMS AND GAPS - The liquid waterproof coating spreads into small cracks, seams and surface gaps to create a flexible sealing layer. Helps reduce water seepage around pipes, gutters, skylights, chimneys, shower edges, roof seams and wall joints when the surface is properly cleaned and dried.

- EASY BRUSH-ON APPLICATION AND COVERAGE - Clean and dry the surface before use, then stir well and apply 2-3 even coats with a brush. Each 68 fl oz container covers up to 100 sq ft depending on surface condition and coating thickness. Allow about 24 hours to cure; drying time may vary by temperature and humidity. Use in a well-ventilated area and apply above 50°F.
